Job Description: **Job Title** ERP Functional Consultant **Role Summary** Provide functional expertise for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) implementation projects. Engage in pre‑sales, system design, configuration, user training, and solution validation, delivering end‑to‑end ERP solutions that meet client requirements. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality functional documentation and solutions. - Meet project milestones and client service standards. - Continuously improve product knowledge and consulting practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Support pre‑sales activities by preparing technical responses and proposals. - Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and gap assessment. - Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central modules. - Draft functional specifications for development teams and test cases for UAT. - Deliver end‑user training and post‑go‑live support. - Create solution mock‑ups and technical diagrams. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (technical, project management, business). - Provide ongoing improvement recommendations for system processes. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years of ERP consulting experience, preferably with Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French; proficiency in English a plus. - Ability to produce clear functional specifications and user training materials. - Team‑player with client‑focused service mindset. - Basic programming knowledge is a tangible advantage. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s level (Bac+5) in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field. - Certified Partner level Microsoft Dynamics (preferred). ---
