Job Description
**Job title** ERP Functional Consultant (H/F) **Role Summary** Leverage expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to design, configure, and deploy ERP solutions for clients. Support the complete project lifecycle—from pre‑sales and functional analysis to configuration, documentation, user training, and post‑implementation support. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored business process improvements. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality functional specifications and technical response documents. - Configure and customize ERP modules to meet client requirements. - Facilitate user training and support adoption of the system. - Communicate effectively with technical teams to translate business needs into development tasks. - Maintain professional conduct, client focus, and a collaborative team attitude. **Key Responsibilities** - Participate in pre‑sales activities; produce technical response documents and solution proposals. - Conduct business process workshops, gather requirements, and author functional specifications. - Perform system configuration, customization, and data migration activities. - Prepare test scenarios for functional acceptance testing and support user acceptance testing. - Deliver end‑user training sessions and create user guides. - Model solution designs and create mock‑ups to validate concepts with stakeholders. - Coordinate with developers and QA to resolve functional defects and ensure solution quality. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication; fluency in English preferred. - Customer‑centric mindset with robust stakeholder management. - Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs. - Detail‑oriented documentation and reporting. - Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration. - Development skills (e.g., C/AL, AL, SQL) considered an asset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation experience; prior Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience highly desired. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 Consultant certification) are a plus.
