Expectations: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of untapped opportunities; achieve quarterly and annual sales targets; expand market share in new regions and industries; provide actionable market intelligence; travel regionally for client engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Aggressively prospect, qualify and convert new accounts in unpenetrated markets. - Own end-to-end sales process: outreach, technical presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and close. - Craft techno‑commercial offers that align with customer technical requirements. - Maintain accurate CRM records, develop pipeline, and produce reliable sales forecasts. - Monitor competitive landscape and emerging opportunities, feeding insights to strategy. - Conduct on‑site visits, product demonstrations, and technical seminars throughout the region.
