Job Description
Job title: Master Data Manager (M/F) Role Summary: Lead the definition, maintenance, and evolution of master data governance across a multi‑ERP and multi‑application environment, ensuring data quality, consistency, and interoperability between ERP systems (SAP) and supporting applications. Drive migration, integration, and urbanisation initiatives while managing a team of Data Stewards. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality master data, secure data flows, and lead successful ERP migration and transformation projects. Build and sustain a mature master‑data governance framework and elevate the organisation’s data maturity. Key Responsibilities: - Define, maintain, and evolve the data dictionary (models, attributes, rules). - Implement and enforce data governance standards and quality controls. - Design and oversee data quality metrics and reporting. - Develop and manage data migration projects, including mapping, transformation, validation, and production deployment. - Coordinate data flow and synchronization across ERP (SAP ECC/S/4HANA) and other systems (CRM, WMS, BI, custom apps). - Collaborate with technical teams on ETL/ELT processes and data integration tools. - Lead and mentor the Data Steward team, setting roles, priorities, and performance expectations. - Act as a cross‑functional liaison between business, IT, ERP, and data governance committees. - Continuously improve processes based on lessons learned and stakeholder feedback. Required Skills: - Extensive experience in master data management (5‑10+ years) with strong focus on data governance, quality, and migration. - Proven track record in ERP projects, especially SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, with deep knowledge of SAP Master Data objects. - Proficiency in SQL (reading, analysis, data control) and ETL/integration tools. - Strong data modelling skills (conceptual and logical). - Understanding of data architecture (ERP, MDM, BI, data warehouse). - Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset. - Ability to work in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. Job title: Assistant Logistics Transport (H/F) Role Summary: Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of container transport operations for a refrigeration leasing company. Ensure on-time deliveries, resolve anomalies, and contribute to performance measurement and cost control. Expectations: - Deliver precise transport planning for domestic and international routes. - Maintain accurate transport orders in TMS and other internal systems. - Resolve delays, disputes, and inefficiencies in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. - Support KPI development, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate container transports with carriers, entering orders into TMS and managing freight documents. - Monitor shipments, track performance, and address exceptions such as delays or cancellations. - Liaise with operations, logistics, sales, and external service providers to ensure smooth flow. - Assist in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). - Prepare and analyze regular performance reports to enhance service quality and profitability. - Process and verify carrier invoices, manage payments and follow‑ups, and update carrier databases and rate lists.
