Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Level I) Role Summary: Deliver first‑line desktop and peripherals support, manage incident tickets, perform on‑site hardware assistance, and provide mobile device support while ensuring timely resolution and knowledge transfer to the central helpdesk. Expectations: Two or more years of desktop/desk‑side support experience; proficiency with ticketing systems; basic network and Active Directory familiarity; strong customer‑service orientation. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and update tickets in an enterprise system, escalating aging issues as required • Monitor, repair, and replace hardware (workstations, laptops, peripherals, printers, mobile devices) • Operate as secondary on‑site support and transfer knowledge to the centralized helpdesk team • Provide phone and mobile device support, including voicemail and account administration, equipment deployment, and replacement • Assist with wireless access points, VPN connectivity, and company‑issued mobile telephones • Update ticket statuses with frequent detail to ensure visibility and effective handover Required Skills: • Desktop and deskside troubleshooting and repair • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, others) • Basic networking fundamentals to diagnose connectivity problems • Active Directory exposure (preferred) • Exceptional communication and customer‑service skills Required Education & Certifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation (if available).

**Job Title** Software Development Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain cloud‑native e‑Commerce components and services for satellite‑based Internet provisioning.
