**Job title:** Product Manager – Technical (Ecommerce & Order-to-Cash | Mobile Applications)
**Role Summary:**
Owns the complete ecommerce and order‑to‑cash journey—product catalog, ordering, invoicing, billing, tax, and payment workflows. Defines product requirements, writes detailed user stories, and collaborates closely with engineering, UX, and operations to deliver customer‑facing mobile and web solutions. Drives feature definition, prioritization, and roadmap alignment while enabling seamless activation and management of customer services across business, engineering, and field service teams.
**Expactations:**
- Minimum 5 years product management or product ownership experience in telecom, broadband, or SaaS/ecommerce settings.
- Deep understanding of order‑to‑cash processes, including billing, payments, invoicing, and tax.
- Background or familiarity with telecom/connectivity services (mobile, broadband, satellite, or related).
- Demonstrated experience defining requirements for mobile or web applications that serve end customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Own end‑to‑end ecommerce and order‑to‑cash experience design and execution.
2. Define product requirements and author comprehensive user stories.
3. Partner with engineering, UX, and operations to deliver functional mobile and web solutions.
4. Lead feature definition, prioritization, and roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with business goals.
5. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (business, engineering, field service) to enable smooth activation and ongoing management of customer services.
**Required Skills:**
- Product management and roadmap planning.
- Strong knowledge of order‑to‑cash processes (billing, payments, invoicing, tax).
- Telecom or connectivity domain insight.
- Experience with mobile and web application requirement definition.
- Agile/Scrum facilitation, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication.
- Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CSPO, or other product management credentials.
