**Job Title:** Power Platform Developer
**Role Summary:** Design, develop, and deploy scalable low‑code solutions on Microsoft Power Platform to enhance financial services operations. Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, AI Builder, and Power BI integrations, ensuring robust CI/CD, DevOps practices, and enterprise‑grade architecture.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver production‑ready Power Platform applications within agreed timelines.
- Drive adoption of low‑code tooling across business units and provide self‑service enablement.
- Maintain high‑quality code, documentation, and adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards.
- Mentor and influence cross‑functional teams on best practices for low‑code architecture and DevOps.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and implement Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps (canvas & model‑driven), Power Automate flows, Power Pages sites, AI Builder models, and Power BI dashboards.
- Design cloud‑native integration patterns with Azure services, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external REST APIs (OAuth, custom connectors).
- Create, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) and test‑driven frameworks for Power Platform components.
- Produce technical architecture and solution documentation, security models, and least‑privilege access plans.
- Lead large‑scale deployments, adoption strategies, and change management across an enterprise environment.
- Ensure compliance with security, legal, and regulatory controls specific to the finance sector.
- Collaborate with Agile teams, participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience designing cloud architectures and integrating/refactoring Power Platform solutions.
- Strong development skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, AI Builder, and Power BI.
- Expertise in CI/CD, test‑driven development, and DevOps for low‑code platforms.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies, ALM, and enterprise‑scale deployment practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of Dataverse schema design, security model, and custom connector development.
- Familiarity with REST/OAuth, custom security roles, and least‑privilege principles.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200) preferred.
- Dynamics 365 or related low‑code platform certifications are desirable.
