Job Description
**Job Title** ITSM – ZenDesk Enterprise Architect **Role Summary** Architect and lead implementation of ZenDesk at an enterprise scale, designing scalable ITSM solutions, integrating CMDB and asset discovery tools, and ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices. Operates end‑to‑end from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and deployment while serving as the subject‑matter expert for ZenDesk on‑premise and cloud solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver complete ZenDesk architecture and implementation independently. - Maintain enterprise‑level ITSM processes, automation, and service catalogs. - Align solutions with organizational IT governance and best practices. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to stakeholders. - Produce clear documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **ZenDesk Enterprise Architecture** – Design, build, and continuously enhance ZenDesk solutions at scale. 2. **ITSM Process Design** – Define incident, problem, change, and asset management workflows; create service catalogs; automate recurring tasks. 3. **CMDB Integration** – Build, manage, and maintain a Configuration Management Database within ZenDesk; ensure accurate asset and configuration tracking. 4. **Tool Integration & Optimization** – Integrate ZenDesk with Device42 (or similar) for asset discovery; streamline incident, problem, change, and asset processes. 5. **SME Leadership** – Serve as the primary subject‑matter expert for ZenDesk enterprise implementations; advise on scalability, best practices, and long‑term sustainability. 6. **End‑to‑End Ownership** – Lead architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment; coordinate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. **Required Skills** - Enterprise‑level ZenDesk implementation (cloud and/or on‑premise). - Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL v3 and v4). - Experience designing and integrating a CMDB. - Familiarity with Device42 or equivalent asset discovery tools. - Ability to work autonomously from concept through completion. - Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient documentation for diverse audiences. - Proficiency in IT service management tools, database design, and workflow automation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - ITIL Foundation or higher (ITIL v3 or v4) certification. - Additional certifications in ITSM or ZenDesk administration are a plus.

Job Description
Job title: DevOps Engineer (GCP – ITAR Environment) Role Summary: Architect, deploy, and maintain secure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructures and CI/CD pipelines for a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Integrate security controls, audit logging, and compliance reporting into all automation while ensuring compliance with ITAR, NIST 800‑171, and CMMC requirements. Expactations: Deliver and improve secure, scalable cloud solutions; collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams; respond to incidents and conduct post‑incident reviews; continuously enforce regulatory and corporate security policies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and monitor secure GCP infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, Deployment Manager). - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build, Spinnaker, etc.) with embedded security gates. - Containerize workloads, orchestrate with Kubernetes (GKE), and enforce Pod security policies. - Implement audit logging, monitoring, and automated compliance reporting. - Conduct security reviews and vulnerability assessments of cloud configurations. - Work with security teams to apply NIST 800-171 and CMMC controls in the cloud environment. - Support high-availability and disaster recovery for critical manufacturing services. - Participate in incident response and maintain runbooks. Required Skills: - 5+ years DevOps/Cloud Engineering or DevSecOps experience. - Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, etc.). - Expertise in CI/CD pipeline development (Jenkins, Cloud Build, Argo CD). - Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Deployment Manager). - Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes (GKE or similar). - Deep understanding of secure software development practices (SAST, DAST, SCA). - Familiarity with cloud security frameworks, ITAR, NIST 800‑171, and CMMC. - Ability to write audit and compliance scripts; experience with GCP monitoring tools (Stackdriver). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). - Certifications: Google Professional Cloud Architect or Google Cloud Certified – Security Engineer (preferred). - Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) as required by ITAR regulations.
