Expert in cold chain monitoring, JRI develops temperature monitoring solutions for storage and transportation of thermo-sensitive products. Our solutions are adapted to healthcare, food and industry sectors and meet requirements of current regulations (ISO 17025, HACCP, GMP, GLP ...) and quality assurance programs (including ISO 15189). Humidity and other physical parameters can also be monitored. In order to provide reliable and objective monitoring solutions to our customers, we continue our drive towards innovation by offering full range of monitoring solutions based on the strenghts of the IoT Technology : Wireless temperature data loggers and LoRaWAN connected sensors managed from an intuitive and modular web-based monitoring platform. We own a ISO 17 025 accredited laboratory and performed metrology services in temperature as calibration, checking and mapping.

Job Description
**Job Title:** Industrial Production Manager (H/F) **Role Summary:** Lead and optimize the industrial team’s production processes, scheduling, quality control, and tooling maintenance across domestic and international operations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery, continuous improvement, and efficient use of resources. **Expectations:** - Manage a team of production and scheduling professionals. - Drive operational excellence, productivity, and quality within the manufacturing pipeline. - Provide leadership, training, and performance management for the industrial workforce. - Maintain strong communication with all departments to preempt and resolve delays. - Foster a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and schedule production to meet performance targets. - Monitor daily output, adjust plans as needed, and report on deviations. - Initiate new production runs and support prototype/ pre‑series manufacturing. - Handle unexpected orders and technical issues swiftly. - Communicate potential delays and changes to stakeholders. - Analyze failures, propose corrective actions, and drive improvement initiatives. - Identify and implement tools, processes, and technologies to boost productivity and quality. - Oversee subcontractor selection, management, and performance. - Maintain and service industrial tooling and equipment. - Develop training programs, define skill gaps, and coordinate recruitment. - Ensure workforce versatility, role redundancy, and knowledge transfer. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and autonomous working style. - Excellent communication, active listening, and diplomatic decision‑making. - Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software. - Knowledge of quality management systems and factory automation. - Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot equipment, and implement process improvements. - Leadership and people‑management experience. - English language proficiency. - Familiarity with metrology (advantageous). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (general or specialized in Electronics/IT). - Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience managing production and scheduling teams. - Professional certifications in production management or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
