Job Description: **Job Title** AI Project Manager (Outside IR35) **Role Summary** Lead enterprise AI initiatives, prioritizing and delivering scalable AI solutions while ensuring governance, compliance, and organizational AI maturity. Bridge business and technical teams to align AI strategies with organizational goals. **Expectations** Identify high-value AI opportunities across teams, prioritize projects based on value/impact, and manage end-to-end delivery. Strengthen AI governance frameworks and promote responsible AI adoption. Support cross-functional collaboration to align technical delivery with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - Discover, define, and prioritize AI use cases through stakeholder collaboration. - Lead AI project execution (planning, development, deployment, and continuous improvement). - Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, data, engineering) for agile delivery. - Ensure governance compliance (AI Impact Assessments, data privacy, ethical use). - Develop AI literacy programs and assess data readiness for AI solutions. - Mitigate regulatory, operational, and ethical risks in AI projects. - Facilitate knowledge sharing to scale proven AI solutions organization-wide. - Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and communicate outcomes to leadership. **Required Skills** - AI/ML project lifecycle management. - Agile/ iterative development methodologies. - AI governance and regulatory compliance (e.g., DPIA, data privacy). - Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication. - Data readiness assessment and technical documentation. - Risk management and stakeholder alignment. - Cloud technologies and DevOps principles. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field. Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in AI/ML or relevant certification preferred. Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or AI governance frameworks advantageous.
