Job Description
Job Title PR Influence Assistant (Internship) Role Summary Support the Director of Consulting in managing media and influencer relations for a portfolio of ~30 beauty and lifestyle brands. Conduct research, coordinate seedings, track projects, generate reports, and contribute to press releases, events, and agency social media activities. Expectations - Internship of a communication or business school student, preferably final year. - Prior agency internship experience preferred. - Strong understanding of press, media, and influencer dynamics. - English fluency; French speaking skills acceptable. Key Responsibilities - Perform creative research for press and influencer seedings. - Coordinate logistics and processes for seedings; maintain project timelines. - Compile and deliver reporting on PR and influencer actions. - Produce press reviews and media coverage summaries. - Update media databases and tools. - Assist in drafting press releases and social media copy. - Contribute to event planning and execution. - Participate in agency social media management as needed. - Provide budgetary support and monitoring. Required Skills - Analytical and synthesis abilities. - Excellent written communication (spelling, syntax). - Strong interpersonal and relational skills. - Highly organized, proactive, diligent, and adaptable. - Comfortable with Google Workspace and emerging digital tools. Required Education & Certifications - Current enrollment in a communication, marketing, or business school, final year. - Prior relevant internship experience in a communications agency is desirable. - Proficiency in English (native or fluent).
