Job title: Sr Salesforce Developer
Role Summary: Senior Salesforce engineer responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and maintaining advanced Salesforce solutions—primarily Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Ironclad CLM—to solve complex client problems and improve system efficiency. Works independently and collaboratively to deliver high‑quality releases on time while ensuring user adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements, perform solutioning, and configure Salesforce objects, page layouts, and workflow automation.
- Design and implement Lightning components (LWC, Aura) and Apex, Visualforce, and related technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, manage data mapping, and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Manage data – large‑scale datasets, data imports/exports, data quality, and data tools (e.g., Data Cloud, data warehouse downstream impacts).
- Conduct functional testing, quality assurance, and documentation of all changes (change logs, audit trails, workflow processes).
- Provide changelog documentation, training, and best‑practice guides for end users.
- Act as change champion: collect user feedback, prioritize enhancements, and implement new features.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, core APIs, and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ (5+ years) and Ironclad CLM.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Lightning development, data management, and integration.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document solutions and train users.
- Proven ability to work across time zones and support diverse teams.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator (CPQ Specialist)
- Minimum of 5 years Salesforce CPQ development experience
- (Optional) Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder, Platform Developer II, or AI Specialist for broader eligibility.
