Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Application Owner (F/M) **Role Summary:** Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of business applications, aligning IT solutions with operational needs, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery within a collaborative, innovation‑driven environment. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in an application ownership or similar role. - Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to meet objectives while working in teams. - Excellent communication skills and proactive, dynamic attitude. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prioritize, plan, execute, and monitor operational requests. - Design and maintain application architecture within the defined scope. - Conduct functional analysis, draft technical specifications, and coordinate validation activities. - Support user acceptance testing, change management, and end‑user training. - Facilitate meetings, capture minutes, and ensure clear follow‑up. - Propose and implement process and IT system optimizations. - Manage external service providers when required. - Act as the IT department liaison to business units, ensuring service quality. - Contribute actively to strategic corporate projects. **Required Skills:** - Application lifecycle management (requirements, design, testing, deployment). - Architecture design and documentation. - Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities. - Project coordination and stakeholder communication. - Ability to lead meetings and produce clear reports. - Experience supervising third‑party vendors. - Proficiency in French and English (written and verbal). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, PMP) advantageous but not mandatory.
