**Job title** Business Development Manager – AI & Digital Transformation **Role Summary** Lead the commercial expansion of AI‑enabled consulting and training services. Connect technical excellence with key decision makers (HR, IT, executives) to accelerate AI adoption and digital transformation across SMEs and large enterprises. Own the entire sales cycle and collaborate with product and marketing teams to shape market‑driven offerings. **Expectations** - Proven track record in B2B service sales (training, HR consulting, SaaS). - Deep enthusiasm for generative AI and productivity tools; able to translate technical value into business outcomes. - Strong understanding of training financing mechanisms (Qualiopi, CPF, OPCO). - Autonomous, proactive, with excellent relationship building and agile mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - **Strategic Prospecting (60%)** - Identify and engage key accounts (PMEs and large enterprises). - Promote AI transformation training catalog (certified, CPF/OPCO eligible) and digital strategy consulting services. - Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle: initial contact, presentation, negotiation, close. - **Training & Consulting Engineering (30%)** - Conduct needs analysis to propose customized learning paths (Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Scrum Master, etc.). - Advise clients on financing options (OPCO, FAFCEA, CPF). - **Brand Ambassador (10%)** - Represent the company at industry events and on LinkedIn. - Relay market insights to product teams to inform service evolution. **Required Skills** - B2B services sales – closing complex deals, managing sales funnels, CRM proficiency. - Expertise in generative AI, digital workflow automation, and productivity suites. - Knowledge of French training funding mechanisms (Qualiopi, CPF, OPCO). - Strong consulting mindset, needs‑analysis, solution‑selling. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Networking ability, social media presence (LinkedIn), event‑speaking. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. - Certifications in sales methodologies, digital transformation, or training delivery preferred (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person, Digital Sales).
