Job title: Staff Data Scientist (Gen AI, Machine Learning) Role Summary: Lead advanced AI research and engineering for generative and graph‑based machine learning solutions that drive next‑generation network intelligence products. Expactations: • Own the long‑term ML strategy and product vision. • Translate cutting‑edge research into scalable, production‑ready systems. • Mentor a cross‑functional team to deliver high‑impact, real‑time AI services. Key Responsibilities: - Define and evolve the organization’s ML roadmap, aligning with business objectives. - Lead R&D on Generative AI (RAG, AI Agents, LLM fine‑tuning) and Graph ML (GNNs, GraphRAG). - Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle: model design, experimentation, validation, deployment, and operations at scale. - Extend and maintain ML libraries, frameworks, and cloud‑native infrastructure to accelerate experimentation. - Provide technical guidance to engineers and scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. - Engage with product, data, and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities.
