Job Description
**Job title** CRM Salesforce Administrator (Remote) **Role Summary** Lead the day‑to‑day administration and continuous improvement of Salesforce for a nationwide education system. Drive adoption, data integrity, and process automation across recruitment, enrollment, fundraising, marketing, and alumni functions while ensuring alignment with institutional strategy. **Expectations** - Run the Salesforce platform remotely, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal user experience. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. - Deliver measurable improvements in system adoption, data quality, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer user accounts, security roles, and access rights; manage onboarding and off‑boarding. - Design, build, and maintain automation workflows, validation rules, and approvals. - Develop, publish, and monitor dashboards and reports for key stakeholders. - Maintain data quality controls; oversee bulk data operations and integrations with core institutional systems. - Create and execute quality assurance test cases for enhancements; verify results. - Provide training, support, and best‑practice guidance to end users. - Evaluate new Salesforce releases and third‑party tools; recommend adoption. - Coordinate with functional leaders, subject‑matter experts, and external consultants to align CRM strategies. - Conduct regular internal audits and produce compliance documentation. **Required Skills** - Salesforce Administration (IC, ACS, or CA+)—preferred. - Workflow, process builder, flows, approval processes, and integration experience (i.e., APIs, middleware). - Strong data management and data quality enforcement. - Project management, prioritization, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Excellent written and verbal communication; training delivery capability. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently from a remote location with high‑speed internet (≥300 Mbps). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. - Minimum of three years’ experience administering Salesforce in a complex environment. - Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; Marketing Cloud or Platform App Builder certifications beneficial.
