Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Enterprise (Salesforce)
Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end revenue operations transformation across Salesforce Sales, Marketing, and Service Cloud for multiple business units. Drive process redesign, product catalog & pricing integration, and post‑merger system alignment to improve conversion, scalability, and customer support efficiency.
Expectations: Deliver measurable improvements in lead‑to‑quote conversion, contract turnaround, and case resolution. Align cross‑functional teams without formal authority, ensuring unified go‑to‑market workflows and pricing models across acquired brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Redesign and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud workflows (lead generation, routing, opportunity management, quoting, contracting).
• Lead the consolidation of product catalog and price books; standardize attributes, bundling, discounting, and CPQ logic.
• Enhance Service Cloud case management: routing, escalation, SLAs, entitlements, and AI‑assisted automation.
• Define and execute Salesforce integration strategy for newly acquired platforms (trucker tools, Outgo, Convoy).
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Support to build audit‑ready, scalable systems.
• Own feature backlog, sprint planning, and delivery timeline in an Agile environment.
• Develop dashboards, success metrics, and analytics to track process effectiveness and ROI.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and statuses to executive leadership and stakeholder teams.
Required Skills
• 5+ years product management or revenue‑operations experience focused on Salesforce.
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud workflows.
• Strong background in product catalog or price‑book architecture.
• Agile delivery experience (JIRA, Scrum, backlog grooming).
• Analytical mindset with ability to define OKRs, build dashboards, and drive data‑based decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influence skills.
• Knowledge of post‑merger integration processes (preferred).
Required Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, CPQ, Service Cloud) are highly preferred.
