Job Description

Job Title: Technical Project Manager - System Infrastructure Role Summary: Manage end-to-end delivery of system infrastructure projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs. Expectations: - Lead project lifecycle phases (planning, execution, delivery) within budget and timeline constraints. - Ensure compliance with technical standards and client objectives. - Proactively manage risks, trade-offs, and escalations. - Foster collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to functional requirements documentation. - Define and track business requirements through workshops and collaboration. - Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. - Facilitate technical workshops and produce structured reports. - Coordinate technical resources (cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking). - Resolve project trade-offs and manage escalations effectively. Required Skills: - Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2, PMBOK). - System infrastructure expertise (Microsoft, cloud, cybersecurity, networking). - Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Workfront). - Stakeholder management and conflict resolution. - Strong written and verbal English communication. Required Education & Certifications: - Proven experience in Microsoft infrastructure technical roles. - Certifications in project management (Agile, Prince2, PMBOK) or equivalent.
