**Role Summary**
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Content Management System (CMS) solutions, integrating with React front‑ends, Marketing Cloud, and external systems. Deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using LWC, Aura, Apex, and related technologies, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

- Proven leadership in end‑to‑end CMS projects, from architecture through deployment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and develop Salesforce CMS implementations, including page templates, components, and content distribution.
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components; apply HTML, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular).
- Design, code, and deploy Apex logic, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Flows for business automation.
- Integrate Salesforce CMS with React front‑ends, Single Sign‑On (SSO), and Marketing Cloud (including outbound communications).
- Implement Node.js solutions for Marketing Cloud integration and external REST API interactions.
- Configure and extend Service Cloud and Experience Cloud sites, automate processes (approval flows, sharing rules, platform events).
- Lead technical reviews, code standards enforcement, and best‑practice adoption across development teams.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and collaborate with business analysts, QA, and operations stakeholders.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CMS, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, Visualforce, HTML/JavaScript.
- Advanced knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud configuration and automation.
- Strong programming skills in React, Angular, and Node.js.
- Proficiency with Salesforce SSO, Marketing Cloud integration, and RESTful API development.
- Mastery of SOQL/SOSL querying, platform events, sharing rules, and approval processes.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Program Architect (preferred).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Designer or equivalent.
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator (desirable).
