Expactations: Secure a basic security clearance (SC). Deliver reliable, performant data solutions. Act as a liaison between data engineering, data science, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage ETL/ELT workflows using Databricks and Apache Spark. - Optimize data pipelines for speed, reliability, and scalability. - Integrate data from cloud, on‑premise, and API sources into a unified lakehouse architecture (Delta Lake). - Implement data quality, governance, and security controls across all layers. - Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support machine‑learning initiatives. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and document pipeline performance and failures. - Contribute to architecture reviews, best‑practice guidelines, and CI/CD processes.
