**Job Title:** Senior Power Platform Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and related Microsoft technologies. Translate business requirements into robust applications, integrate with Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Power Pages, and Azure services, and ensure high‑quality delivery across the software development lifecycle.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions with strong code quality and documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to align technical design with business goals.
- Proactively identify improvements, suggest innovative approaches, and stay current on Microsoft ecosystem updates.
- Maintain eligibility for SC‑level security clearance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, M365 suite, Power Pages, and custom Power Platform applications.
- Build Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps; create Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards.
- Implement customizations using plugins, workflow assemblies, JavaScript, and Azure/Office 365 extensions.
- Apply software engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD) across projects.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor junior staff, and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical testing, and stakeholder demonstrations.
**Required Skills:**
- Expert proficiency with Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.
- Strong C# development experience; familiarity with Azure Logic Apps/Function Apps a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Power Pages, and M365 integrations.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to design data models, create APIs, and implement security/permissions.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft development technologies.
- Eligible for SC‑level security clearance.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert; optional but valued: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Additional relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, Dynamics) are advantageous.
