Social Media Content Manager – B2B
**Role Summary**
Lead the creation, distribution, and optimization of B2B social media and digital marketing content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, and the corporate website. Drive brand awareness, lead generation, employer branding, and recruitment goals through AI‑augmented multimedia production and data‑driven campaign management.
**Expectations**
- Deliver professional‑quality, AI‑generated visual and video assets on schedule.
- Maintain consistent brand voice in French and English.
- Achieve measurable improvements in reach, engagement, and lead conversion.
- Proactively monitor competitors and industry trends to inform content strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily activity on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Reddit (posting, community engagement, analytics).
- Design and produce infographics, social graphics, LinkedIn Ads banners, newsletters, whitepapers, web wireframes, product sheets, and PowerPoint decks.
- Create AI‑driven animations and edit video content.
- Plan, coordinate, and host webinars and podcasts.
- Update website copy and assets via WordPress.
- Translate English content to French and perform copy‑editing.
- Conduct competitive and technological market research.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B social media management and multimedia content production.
- Proficient with: Canva Pro, PowerPoint, WordPress, HubSpot, OpenAI Sora, Google Gemini (Nano Banana, Veo 3, Notebook LLM).
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Notion, Figma, Framer, HeyGen (or similar).
- Strong French grammar, spelling, and writing skills; native‑level French.
- Professional‑level English (written and spoken).
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative, detail‑oriented, and organized.
- Familiarity with IT/telecom sector is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing) are advantageous but not mandatory.
