**Job Title:** Senior Product Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of cybersecurity SaaS products, guiding cross‑functional teams through the entire product lifecycle. Own market research, feature prioritization, release cadence, and continuous improvement to drive business impact.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver data‑driven product releases that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Prioritize features, manage timelines, and maintain U.S. compliance (GovCloud).
- Communicate vision and progress to global stakeholders.
- Ensure product performance aligns with key business KPIs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with stakeholder goals.
- Conduct user, partner, and market research to build requirements and identify opportunities.
- Partner with engineering to set release cadence, prioritize backlog, and oversee daily stand‑ups.
- Coordinate design, QA, sales, and support teams to deliver high‑quality releases.
- Author product documentation, demos, blogs, and sales enablement materials.
- Track metrics, analyze product impact, and iterate based on data.
- Build and nurture relationships across the organization to drive customer success and adoption.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years product management experience in SaaS, with a proven record of successful releases.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design principles, and technical detail.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for global audiences.
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with product tools (Jira, Aha, etc.) and analytics.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001) is advantageous.
- Must be a U.S. Person (GovCloud requirement).
