**Job Title:** CRM Product Owner (Sales Operations Manager)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the optimization and strategic development of Zoho CRM to serve as a central, efficient, and data‑driven tool for sales teams. Act as the primary liaison between Sales, IT, and business users, ensuring data integrity, effective reporting, and continuous process improvement to boost commercial performance in a global SaaS environment.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in CRM management, Revenue Ops, or Sales Ops within SaaS or scale‑up companies.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical CRM solutions and drive change management.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accurate reporting, forecasting, and KPI reliability.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2+); additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and user‑service oriented, with the capacity to lead a junior team member.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Zoho CRM enhancements: gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, configure, test, and deploy.
- Design and implement automation, custom developments, and workflow optimizations in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
- Maintain data quality and integrity for opportunities and accounts; establish regular data cleansing and validation controls.
- Build and sustain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking (pipeline, conversion rates, closing rates, commissions) for sales teams and senior leadership.
- Prepare commercial target sheets, manage variable compensation calculations, and provide regular performance analyses.
- Serve as the central point of contact between IT, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Directly manage and mentor a Sales Operations Junior, overseeing their development and daily activities.
- Identify and evaluate new sales tools or methodologies, propose process improvements, and lead continuous commercial transformation initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Expert proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM preferred) – configuration, automation, and data governance.
- Advanced analytical skills; strong competency in reporting tools, dashboard creation, and forecasting.
- Project management capabilities with iterative change management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and user training.
- High level of organization, rigor, and service‑orientation.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); French language skills are beneficial.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Administrator, PMP, Scrum Master, or other CRM/Project Management credentials) are advantageous but not mandatory.
