Drive operational effectiveness and change management for banking and insurance clients, ensuring sustainable performance and risk mitigation. **Expactations** - Deliver actionable insights that align with emerging trends (RSE, Data, AI, new offers). - Design and implement operating models that enhance agility and excellence. - Lead change initiatives, monitor risks, and support continuous performance improvement. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct strategic analyses to assess opportunities and threats in finance, banking, and insurance. 2. Structure and launch operational efficiency programs, including target operating models and agile practices. 3. Support business units through technology adoption, operational changes, and risk governance. 4. Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, facilitating decision‑making. 5.
