Job Title: Senior Manager, Transformation Project Management – SCUS FMS Transition
Role Summary: Lead the local implementation of Oracle FMS for SCUS, ensuring alignment with the global transition and delivering the project on time, within budget, and with minimal operational risk.
Expectations:
- Deliver a successful, on‑track FMS transition for a large, complex organization.
- Apply robust project management frameworks (Agile and Waterfall) and best‑practice principles.
- Maintain high‑quality governance, risk, issue, and dependency management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Project Lead to recruit key roles, establish governance structures, and schedule project meetings.
- Develop, manage, and monitor detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate reference groups and stakeholder engagement, including senior stakeholders within SCI.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to capture and agree on requirements for the future operating model.
- Document and report risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure escalation and stage‑gate compliance.
- Lead governance reviews, sign‑offs, and change‑control processes.
- Support change‑impact assessments, communications, and stakeholder engagement related to the transformation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Project Lifecycle and embed best practices.
Required Skills:**
- Extensive experience managing transformation projects, both system and non‑system.
- Proven track record in establishing and embedding Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SharePoint).
- Ability to lead cross‑functional, international teams.
Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 Practitioner certification (mandatory).
- Agile certification (ScrumMaster, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.
