**Job Title** Account Executive **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by prospecting, engaging, and closing new small‑to‑mid‑size business accounts. Deliver tailored payment solutions, build referral networks, and expand existing client relationships within a fast‑paced, short‑cycle sales environment. Operate primarily in‑field, maintaining accurate CRM records and meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets. **Expectations** - Secure a minimum number of qualified meetings and appointments each cycle. - Achieve or surpass monthly/quarterly sales quotas. - Maintain active development of product and industry knowledge. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and generate leads through cold‑calling, networking, and referral partnerships. - Present solutions both in‑person and virtually to potential clients. - Close deals quickly, manage the full sales cycle from qualification to contract. - Upsell and expand services with existing clients. - Record client interactions, notes, and scheduled activities in the CRM (Atlas). - Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one leadership sessions. - Drive field visits at least 75% of the time, visiting client sites regularly. - Continuously update knowledge of product portfolio and fintech industry trends. **Required Skills** - Strong prospecting, communication, and presentation abilities. - Proficient networking and referral‑building skills. - Independent self‑starter and effective team collaborator. - Sales‑hunter mentality with high urgency and measurable drive. - Comfortable with cold‑calling and face‑to‑face client interactions. - Professional demeanor, integrity, and excellent follow‑up. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or GED. - Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience. - Valid driver’s license (field work required). - Background check, drug screening, and age ≥18 years. ---
