Job Description
**Job Title** Learning & Development Coordinator – 12 Month FTC **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end support for Learning & Development (L&D) across London and Bermuda, focusing on compliance training, core learning programmes, early‑career initiatives, onboarding, career planning, and performance metrics. Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, HR, recruiting, and external training vendors to deliver a seamless learning experience aligned with organisational objectives. **Expectations** * Deliver L&D functions for a 12‑month maternity cover term, maintaining continuity in training programmes. * Ensure timely compliance with SMCR and other regulatory requirements. * Manage and optimise the use of learning platforms (Percipio, Skillcast). * Provide accurate reporting and insights to HR, Compliance and Global Talent Management. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Training & Compliance Management** – Register, book, and track all internal and external courses; maintain the compliance training queue in Skillcast; secure study agreements; maintain SMCR compliance logs; report completion rates. 2. **Learning Program Development** – Promote and configure Percipio courses; stay current on market learning initiatives; organize knowledge‑sharing sessions, lunch‑and‑learns, quarterly inductions; support global L&D initiatives (mentoring schemes, leadership programmes). 3. **Early Careers & Onboarding** – Coordinate US/UK early‑career programmes, including summer internships; deliver onboarding after probation; coordinate role‑specific training, introductions, and progress tracking. 4. **Career Path Planning** – Facilitate career consultations, mentoring, job‑shadowing, and skills assessment resources to support employee progression. 5. **Metrics & Reporting** – Collect and analyse training data; design dashboards; prepare regular reports on training participation, completion rates, and learning outcomes for compliance, risk, and talent teams. **Required Skills** * Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities. * Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) – experience with Percipio, Skillcast or equivalent. * Knowledge of SMCR and general compliance training requirements. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. * Data analysis competence – use of reporting tools, dashboards, and metrics interpretation. * Ability to thrive in a cross‑regional environment (London & Bermuda). **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. * Professional L&D certifications preferred (e.g., CPLP, SHRM‑LT, ATD CP). * Prior experience in compliance or regulated L&D environments is an advantage.
