Biometric Product Marketing Engineer & Community Manager (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the launch, positioning, and promotion of biometric electronic products while managing online communities. Translate complex technical features into compelling marketing narratives, develop digital content, and drive engagement across social channels to enhance brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Product Marketing Strategy**
- Design launch and positioning plans for biometric products.
- Convert electronic, biometric, and security specifications into distinct marketing messages.
- Conduct market, competitive, and positioning analysis.
- Partner with engineering to influence product roadmap.
2. **Marketing Operations & Content Creation**
- Write product sheets, sales decks, technical brochures, web copy, and newsletters.
- Ensure technical accuracy and commercial coherence with R&D.
- Prepare supporting materials for events, demos, and trade shows.
3. **Social Media & Community Management**
- Develop and execute strategy on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Create and schedule posts, product announcements, demo videos, and company news.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor community sentiment.
- Track performance metrics (KPIs, engagement, reach, lead generation).
4. **Brand & Reputation Enhancement**
- Strengthen visibility and credibility in biometrics and security technology sectors.
- Ensure consistency between technical and marketing communications.
- Contribute to overarching branding and e‑reputation initiatives.

**Required Education & Certifications**

- Excellent command of English required; fluency essential.
