Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – HR Systems
Role Summary:
Drive the optimization and support of Human Resources information systems, chiefly SAP SuccessFactors and associated platforms. Serve as the bridge between HR, finance, and IT to enhance processes, deliver clear documentation, and ensure system integrity and compliance.
Expectations:
- Deliver actionable process improvements and system configurations that align with business goals.
- Produce and maintain accurate documentation, training materials, and audit evidence.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally, ensuring projects progress on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, document, and refine HR, financial, and administrative processes in SAP and other systems.
- Recommend and configure SAP and related functionalities to increase efficiency and data quality.
- Execute validation, configuration, and change‑management activities; conduct unit, integration, and UAT.
- Create and sustain system documentation, SOPs, user guides, and technical diagrams.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (Excel, Power BI).
- Perform audits, compliance checks, and data privacy assessments to support decision‑making.
- Manage SharePoint sites and collaboration content; ensure accessibility and version control.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, track progress, and manage communications across HR, Finance, and IT.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years in HRIS environments, with 5+ years covering SC HR/payroll, compliance, and data privacy.
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and HR process configuration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
- Strong analytical, testing, and documentation capabilities (user guides, SOPs, process mapping).
- Experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization (Excel, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of information security, compliance frameworks (HIPAA, FLSA, etc.), and change-management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder‑management skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of formal education.
