Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – HR Systems Role Summary: Drive the optimization and support of Human Resources information systems, chiefly SAP SuccessFactors and associated platforms. Serve as the bridge between HR, finance, and IT to enhance processes, deliver clear documentation, and ensure system integrity and compliance. Expectations: - Deliver actionable process improvements and system configurations that align with business goals. - Produce and maintain accurate documentation, training materials, and audit evidence. - Collaborate cross‑functionally, ensuring projects progress on time, within scope, and with high quality.
