Key Responsibilities - Analyze and map current production processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead action plans per product line. - Coordinate with procurement and R&D to implement material‑based productivity gains and monitor supplier performance. - Facilitate productivity reviews with plant leaders, quality, methods, and maintenance teams; propose and support improvement projects (e.g., process time reduction, consumption optimization). - Conduct value‑analysis (AmDEC) and value‑stream mapping to support cost‑saving initiatives. - Prepare and present findings to the productivity steering committee and senior management. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring team engagement and knowledge sharing. Required Skills - Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with experience in value‑analysis and process improvement. - Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools, quality methodologies, and AMDEC. - Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Results‑driven, proactive, and highly motivated with a hands‑on approach.
