Job Title: SailPoint IIQ Engineer
Role Summary: Senior engineer responsible for designing, installing, customizing, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across enterprise environments, ensuring secure identity lifecycle management and integration with downstream systems.
Expactations: Deliver end‑to‑end SailPoint IIQ deployments, conduct requirement analysis, create custom code and connectors, provide client demos, produce technical and user documentation, and support ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure and tailor SailPoint IdentityIQ on Windows and Unix platforms.
• Develop Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, and SQL customizations; build OOTB, custom, and API‑based connectors to systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, PeopleSoft.
• Map business, security and application requirements to IAM technical specifications, focusing on identity lifecycle, access requests, roles and RBAC.
• Lead application onboarding activities—work with stakeholders to craft use cases, specifications, and implementation plans.
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, QA), debugging and performance tuning.
• Deliver client presentations and configuration demos; gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update technical and user documentation; contribute to knowledge base.
• Manage configuration of IAM connectors and integration scenarios; support SCIM, XML, web services and RESTful APIs.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years enterprise software development/implementation, with 3+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Proficient in Java (high), BeanShell/JavaScript, SQL; experience with XML, SCIM, HTML, web and application servers.
• Strong experience configuring IAM connectors, including OOTB, custom and API‑based.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD; familiarity with SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday.
• Ability to write RESTful APIs, implement RBAC, and configure SCIM.
• Experience with Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL databases; capable of installing software on Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX).
• Excellent communication; proven client‑facing and stakeholder engagement skills; English fluency.
• Experience with QA processes (test scripts, test plans, automated testing) is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, etc.).
• SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Certified: Azure AD Engineer, or other IAM‑related certifications are advantageous.
