Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Deliver custom Salesforce solutions on a 12‑month contract, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to meet best‑practice standards. Expactations: Provide high‑quality, maintainable code; participate in Agile sprints and code reviews; ensure security compliance; support data integration and migration tasks; troubleshoot issues and recommend enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder, and declarative tools. - Translate business requirements into technical designs and functional specifications. - Participate in code reviews, unit and integration testing, and CI/CD deployments. - Document solutions, including architecture, data models, and integration flows. - Manage data modeling, integration design, and migration activities. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and developmental issues. - Recommend process, tool, and code improvements to enhance system performance and maintainability. Required Skills: - 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience. - Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder (including Flow Orchestration). - Experience with Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, outbound messaging, middleware). - Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field‑level security). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence). - Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator. - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II preferred.
