Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Manager, Internal Communications and Change Management Role Summary: Lead enterprise‑wide internal communications and change management strategies, aligning with business objectives and transformation initiatives. Drive employee engagement, cultural integration, and operational readiness across corporate and field teams. Expectations: • Deliver clear, actionable narratives supporting organizational strategy. • Influence cross‑functional leadership to embed culture and drive adoption of change. • Maintain full internal communications ecosystem and execute events and campaigns that reach diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute integrated internal communications and change management plans for global and field audiences. - Translate executive strategy into employee‑centered messaging to promote adoption and behavioral change. - Partner with HR, Operations, Field Leadership, and HQ to develop communication frameworks for restructuring, integrations, and process roll‑outs. - Own intranet governance, executive cadence, town halls, newsletters, employee experience calendar, and field distribution channels. - Support and enhance employee recognition programs and cultural initiatives. - Plan and conduct virtual, hybrid, and on‑site events that engage all employee levels. - Develop editorial calendars, create multi‑channel content (text, graphics, video), and manage publication schedules. - Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to source content and manage project budgets. Required Skills: - Proven internal communications experience in a global, multi‑location environment (≥5 years). - Expertise in change management communications, corporate culture, executive messaging, and event production. - Strong stakeholder management, networking, and listening abilities. - Creative storytelling across visual, video, and multimedia formats; proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). - Experience with virtual event platforms (e.g., MS Teams). - Excellent project management, organizational, and time‑management skills; able to handle multiple priorities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. - No mandatory certifications required.
