**Job Title:** Fullstack Application Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web solutions for talent acquisition and employee experience platforms. Lead full‑stack architecture, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver high‑quality, scalable services in a remote environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Build and extend HR‑centric applications using Python (FastAPI), React, and cloud services.
* Design and optimize database schemas and complex SQL queries on PostgreSQL.
* Develop, test, deploy, and monitor microservices on AWS/GCP/Azure.
* Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts to define scope and deliverables.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and support production issues and new feature rollouts.
* Provide training and documentation for end‑users and internal stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
* 5+ years of full‑stack development experience, preferably in HR or related domain.
* Proficiency in Python with FastAPI; strong front‑end skills in JavaScript/React, HTML5, CSS3.
* Advanced SQL and PostgreSQL performance tuning.
* Architecture and deployment of microservices using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
* Knowledge of containerization (Docker/K8s), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
* Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and system design.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and time‑management abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* No mandatory certifications, but experience with relevant cloud provider certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) is advantageous.
