**Job Title**: Marketing Project Manager
**Role Summary**:
Lead and execute marketing projects from concept to delivery, coordinating timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications across multiple channels. Develop and implement brand‑aligned multi‑channel campaigns, oversee marketing collateral creation, and analyze performance data to drive ROI and strategic insights. Act as liaison between internal teams and external partners, champion marketing technology use, and manage events and sponsorships to support business objectives.
**Expactations**:
- Minimum 5 years of marketing and project management experience, preferred in professional services.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and brand‑consistency focus.
- Proficiency with CRM, CMS, email marketing tools, and project‑management platforms.
- Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially Photoshop, for visual content creation.
- Creative, solution‑oriented mindset; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Additional exposure to employer branding, sponsorship, or recruitment marketing considered an asset.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and manage end‑to‑end marketing projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Design and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies to support business and brand goals.
- Oversee creation and consistency of digital and print marketing materials, social media, proposals, and thought‑leadership pieces.
- Serve as central contact for internal practice groups, HR, national marketing, and external partners.
- Track campaign KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
- Advise internal teams on tailored marketing solutions aligned with client needs and firm priorities.
- Champion the adoption and use of marketing tools (CRM, CMS, project management).
- Lead event planning, sponsorship execution, and regional campaigns in alignment with national strategy.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and post‑campaign reporting for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on market trends and best practices in professional services marketing.
