**Job Title:**
Senior Consultant – Digital Technology & Risk Advisory
**Role Summary:**
Provide senior-level audit and risk advisory services focused on digital technology. Lead IT general controls (ITGC), application controls, SOC 1/SOC 2 engagements, and cybersecurity assessments for financial and operational processes. Mentor junior staff and deliver insights that improve clients’ internal control frameworks.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 4 years of audit, internal audit or risk advisory experience.
- Demonstrated leadership of audit engagements and client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality documentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Lead planning, execution, and documentation of SOC 1 and SOC 2 reporting engagements.
2. Conduct internal control testing for revenue, procurement, payroll, and other business cycles.
3. Perform ITGC and application control assessments, aligning with COSO and COBIT frameworks.
4. Prepare workpapers, findings, recommendations, and remediation guidance.
5. Advise clients on control enhancements, cloud and cybersecurity frameworks, and ERP (SAP/Oracle) environments.
6. Mentor junior team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
7. Stay updated on regulatory, industry, and emerging risk changes.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; client‑management skills.
- Proficiency in ITGC, application controls, and automated testing.
- Familiarity with COSO, COBIT, SOC 1/SOC 2, ERP systems, cloud controls, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Project management, multitasking, and independent work capability.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certifications preferred: CPA, CA, CISA, or equivalent.
