Job Description: Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (12‑month contract) Role Summary: Design, develop, and extend ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and custom applications. Participate in the Secure Software Development Life Cycle, manage deployments, and provide technical leadership and continuous optimization of the platform. Expectations: - 12‑month contract with potential renewal - Bilingual in French and English - Proactive ownership of solution design, development, and deployment Key Responsibilities: - Architect and code ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs - Configure out‑of‑the‑box modules and create custom workflows via Flow Designer - Integrate ServiceNow with external systems following secure development practices - Participate in SSDLC activities: design reviews, code reviews, testing, and documentation - Coordinate change management, build, test, and production deployments - Provide subject‑matter expertise and mentor junior developers - Continuously evaluate and improve platform performance and security Required Skills: - 5+ years of ServiceNow development/administration experience - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, and REST/SOAP API integration - Familiarity with Flow Designer, custom application development, and OOTB modules - Experience with secure software development, change management, and deployment pipelines - Functional analysis capabilities (asset) - Excellent communication in French and English Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent - ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified Application Developer, System Administrator) preferred but not mandatory.
