**Job Title**
Security & Remote Access Consultant (RSA, Proxy, Certificates)
**Role Summary**
Act as an expert advisor on remote‑access, strong‑auth, proxy, and certificate solutions for a major banking/insurance client. Design, validate, implement and support these technologies to enhance security, performance and resilience of the IT infrastructure and applications. Collaborate closely with the ISD, security teams and business units to deliver end‑to‑end solutions and ensure operational continuity.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in remote‑access and security technologies, preferably in a regulated financial environment.
- Proficiency in French (native) and professional English.
- Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage responsibilities and thrive under high‑security conditions.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Advisory & Architecture** – Evaluate existing systems, conduct feasibility studies, and propose secure, high‑performance remote‑access architectures (VPN, MFA, bastion).
2. **Design & Documentation** – Produce technical specifications, architecture diagrams, network schematics, and test plans (DAT, DSD, DEX, test books).
3. **Implementation & Migration** – Assist in deploying RSA token solutions, web‑proxy, and certificate frameworks; perform configuration, integration and performance tuning.
4. **Production Support** – Administer solutions in production, manage changes, resolve Level‑3 incidents, and coordinate with N2 teams.
5. **Knowledge Transfer** – Organize training, deliver hand‑offs to operations teams, and maintain detailed knowledge baselines.
6. **Continuous Improvement** – Conduct ongoing technology watch, evaluate emerging solutions, manage maintenance contracts, and recommend enhancements.
**Required Skills**
- RSA token, MFA, VPN (IPSec, SSL/TLS), bastion hosts, and web‑proxy expertise.
- Certificate lifecycle management (PKI, X.509).
- LAN/MAN/WAN, MPLS, IPv4/IPv6, TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
- Strong command of security best practices, access control architecture, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in drafting technical‑functional specifications and architectural documentation.
- Problem‑solving, meticulous documentation, autonomy, and cross‑functional communication.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNP/CCSE, CompTIA Security+, or vendor‑specific security/remote‑access credentials are highly desirable.
- French and English language proficiency at a professional level.
