Job Description
**Job Title:** Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) **Role Summary:** Strategic HR partner who aligns business objectives with workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement across designated units. Drives organizational performance through HR strategy execution, change leadership, compliance, and data‑driven decision making. **Expectations:** - 7+ years of overall HR experience, with ≥4 years in an HR Business Partner or comparable strategic role (preferably SaaS/high‑growth tech). - Proven ability to consult with senior leaders, solve complex employee relations issues, and influence across all levels. - Strong analytical mindset, project management capability, and high confidentiality. - Self‑motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a remote‑first environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support business goals. - Serve as liaison to Employee Relations, ensuring legal compliance and resolution of complex issues. - Collaborate with Talent team on workforce planning, staffing, and succession initiatives. - Lead change management projects and organizational development interventions. - Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations. - Monitor and report HR metrics; use analytics to identify improvement opportunities. - Promote a positive culture and employee engagement aligned with company values. - Ensure adherence to labor laws, corporate policies, and consistent HR processes. **Required Skills:** - Deep knowledge of HR processes, labor regulations, and best practices. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills. - Strong consulting and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience a plus). - Advanced analytical skills for interpreting HR data and trends. - Experience in organizational development, change management, and succession planning. - Strategic business acumen with solid project‑management orientation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Master’s degree and/or HR certifications (SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
