Job title: Associate – Spontaneous Application Role Summary: Support senior lawyers in a dynamic EU practice environment, drafting legal opinions, agreements, and correspondence, conducting research on EU directives, regulations, and case law, and advising international clients across multiple sectors. Expactations: - Hold a recognized law degree and be admitted to practice or eligible to apply. - Demonstrate strong analytical and drafting skills. - Speak and write fluent English; proficiency in additional European languages is an asset. - Show ability to collaborate with cross‑border legal teams and maintain meticulous records. Key Responsibilities: - Draft and review legal documents related to EU matters (memoranda, contracts, and client responses). - Conduct legal research on EU statutes, directives, and jurisprudence. - Assist in preparing client briefings, presentations, and negotiations. - Coordinate with colleagues across different jurisdictions on multinational projects. - Maintain and update client databases and regulatory compliance checklists. - Contribute to business‑development initiatives and knowledge sharing.
