Job Description
**Job Title** Systems and Network Administrator (H/F) **Role Summary** Administer, maintain, and evolve the IT network infrastructure at a large enterprise site. Provide level‑2/3 support, diagnose network incidents, coordinate vendor interventions, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. **Expectations** - Deliver reliable network operations and security for all users. - Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and document network performance. - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents. - Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to best‑practice standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and configure network equipment (switches, routers, Wi‑Fi access points, firewalls). - Provide level‑2/3 support to end‑users and internal teams. - Diagnose and resolve network faults, performing root‑cause analysis. - Conduct preventive maintenance and recommend corrective actions. - Draft and update technical documentation (run‑books, diagrams, SOPs). - Coordinate interventions with external suppliers, editors, and maintenance contractors. - Ensure compliance with site‑wide security policies and regulatory requirements. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems. - Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet networking gear. - Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLAN, and TCP/IP protocols. - Experience with level‑2/3 network support and incident management. - Ability to produce clear technical documentation. - Vendor coordination and contract‑based support experience. - Strong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication, discretion, rigor, and independent work style. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 2–5 years of formal education in Computer Science or equivalent (Bac+2/5). - Minimum 3 years of progressive experience as a Systems and Network Administrator, preferably in critical sectors (energy, health, finance). - CCNA or comparable networking certification is a plus.
