Job Description
**Job title:** Functional ERP Analyst (M/F) **Role Summary:** Support and guide users in adopting and developing the ERP system and related tools. Provide functional expertise on the ERP solution, collaborate with development teams, and drive continuous improvement and deployment across the enterprise. **Expactations:** - Proactive, meticulous, customer‑centric service orientation. - Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications and test scenarios. - Strong teamwork, communication, and project coordination skills. - Willingness to travel occasionally across the country for stakeholder and user support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, analyze, and document user requirements for commercial, logistics, and maintenance processes. - Author functional specifications, test cases, and integration plans. - Conduct end‑user training, create user documentation, and provide ongoing support. - Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and propose feature enhancements. - Act as the subject‑matter expert for one or more ERP modules. - Deploy system updates, new modules, and process improvements across all group entities. - Continuously assess the ERP landscape and recommend innovative tools and modules to increase efficiency. **Required Skills:** - Functional analysis and documentation of ERP processes. - Hands‑on experience with ERP systems in commercial, logistics, or maintenance domains (5+ years). - Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and/or Business Central is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. - Team‑player with a service‑oriented mindset; disciplined and detail‑focused. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - No specific ERP certifications required, though relevant credentials (Dynamics, Business Central) are advantageous.
