**Role Summary**

Works cross‑functionally, advises senior leadership, and delivers data‑driven improvements to sales tools, workflows, and technology platforms.
**Expactations**
- 5–7 years of experience in business or sales operations, preferably supporting Enterprise or B2B sales teams.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects that result in measurable operational or commercial impact.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical solutions.
- Familiarity with sales systems, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident influencing senior leaders.
- Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and resilient in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Bonus: experience in tech, SaaS, or media; familiarity with revenue enablement, data analytics, or process automation initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategize and manage scalable sales processes, tools, and capabilities for Enterprise Publisher & Advertiser businesses.
- Serve as trusted operations advisor to Enterprise leadership, designing and implementing processes that align with evolving sales strategies.
- Lead high‑impact operational projects: simplify workflows, improve productivity, and increase effectiveness of sales teams.
- Drive initiatives independently, demonstrating strong judgment and accountability for outcomes.
- Evaluate and optimize sales operations and technology platforms to support revenue growth.
- Ensure integrations capture, analyze, and report key sales KPIs for visibility and decision‑making.
- Conduct strategic analysis to uncover insights that drive smarter decisions, scalable growth, and profitability.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, translating insights into actionable change.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Sales, Enterprise Development, and cross‑functional teams to align strategies and improve execution.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships, assessing current providers and identifying new opportunities.
- Communicate process information, initiatives, and deadlines effectively across stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and adoption.
