**Job title:** Financial AMOA Project Manager (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Serve as the functional bridge between finance and IT, supporting and improving the group’s financial applications and data processes. Deliver functional support, gather and document business requirements, conduct testing, maintain data accuracy, and manage change communication to finance users.
**Expectations:**
- 2+ years in a functional/business analysis role for finance applications.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and basic SQL reading.
- Ability to produce clear functional documentation and conduct end‑to‑end testing.
- Excellent communication in French; technical English is a plus.
- Autonomous, detail‑oriented, and collaborative mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide level 1/2 functional support for ERP, reporting, and interface applications.
- Analyze functional incidents, propose fixes or enhancements, and monitor resolution.
- Maintain functional documentation and user procedures.
- Facilitate user onboarding and training.
- Gather, formalise, and document business requirements; draft functional specifications.
- Design, prepare, and execute functional test plans; track defects.
- Validate deliverables before production release.
- Maintain and improve data exploitation tools (Excel, Power Query, Power BI).
- Produce targeted reports in collaboration with finance and IT teams.
- Manage import/export files and business parameters (accounting, analytical, budgeting).
- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
- Contribute to change management: release notes, support user updates, explore AI opportunities.
**Required Skills:**
- Knowledge of financial processes and financial software (ERP, reporting tools).
- Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI.
- Basic SQL reading.
- Competence in drafting functional documents, test cases, and procedures.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, autonomous, and collaborative.
- Curiosity about data, automation, and evolving technologies such as AI.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s (Bac +3) to Master’s (Bac +5) in Business Information Systems, Finance, Accounting Control, or equivalent.
- No mandatory certifications required.
