Job Title: Assistant Strategist, Business Solutions Role Summary: Support media planning, account management, and data analysis for a marketing agency’s client portfolio. Drive strategic initiatives, maintain client deliverables, and collaborate across internal teams. Expectations: - Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to handle multiple timelines and data sets. - Proactive problem‑solving and communication across clients and internal stakeholders. - Continuous learning of media, advertising, and agency operations. Key Responsibilities: - Account Management (≈50%) - Maintain account workflows, flowcharts, and creative distribution. - Schedule, attend, and capture notes from client/internal meetings; circulate recaps with deliverables and next steps. - Monitor deliverable status/timing and update the team. - Identify data and billing discrepancies; propose corrective actions. - Strategic Planning (≈20%) - Assist in media plan development, budget tracking, and implementation. - Analyze competitive/target research to inform strategy. - Internal Relationship Management (≈15%) - Coordinate with direct team and other departments for seamless delivery. - Training & Development (≈15%) - Complete internal Media 101 and additional training (Excel, business writing, presentation). Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). - No mandatory certifications or licenses.
