**Job Title:** Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) that meet stakeholder requirements for both existing and new functionality. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to deliver scalable, maintainable integrations and enhancements while ensuring platform stability and compliance with security standards.

- Maintain daily Salesforce instance health and user support.
- Adhere to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Continuously improve platform performance, security, and user experience.
- Keep expertise current with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and customize workflows, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and debug platform and integration issues.
- Administer Salesforce environments: user permissions, security settings, custom objects, workflow rules, and record types.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and Mulesoft, including org‑to‑org, legacy, and third‑party connectors.
- Manage data migrations, deploy releases, and use version control (e.g., GitHub) and DevOps tools.
- Create technical specifications, user interface designs, and documentation for customizations and integrations.
- Support Financial Cloud and Marketing Cloud use cases, applying person‑account models as needed.
- Communicate status, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders, project managers, and other developers.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system scalability, flexibility, and maintainability.
**Required Skills:**
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (including Lightning Web Components)
- HTML, JavaScript, SQL, SOQL
- Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming)
- Integration frameworks (Mulesoft, Apex callouts)
- Version control (Git/GitHub) and DevOps tooling
- Salesforce administration fundamentals (security, data model, workflows)
- Problem‑solving, attention to detail, and collaborative communication
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce application development experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred)
- Additional certifications in Salesforce administration or integration (advantageous)
