**Job Title**
Senior C++ Engineer – Vision, Sensors & Embedded AI
**Role Summary**
Design and implement high‑performance C++ components for advanced perception systems in an embedded, real‑time, safety‑critical environment. Work across vision, radar, LiDAR, inertial sensors and AI to deliver robust sensor fusion and object detection for aerospace applications.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years industrial or R&D C++ experience
- Proven track record on vision, sensor, AI or signal‑processing projects
- Familiarity with real‑time and embedded constraints (RTOS, deterministic scheduling)
- Strong Linux proficiency and modern build tools (CMake, Git)
- Interest in robotics and aviation; ability to secure defense‑level clearance
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect, develop, and optimize C++ modules for sensor data interpretation on embedded platforms
- Implement multi‑sensor fusion algorithms (video, radar, LiDAR, inertial)
- Design detection, classification, tracking, and analysis pipelines for objects
- Integrate AI/Deep Learning models using TensorRT and ONNX Runtime; manage inference on GPU/CUDA
- Profile and boost software performance (real‑time, multithreading, GPU utilization)
- Collaborate with sensor, AI, and systems teams to build robust perception solutions
- Apply MBSE practices (SysML, requirements traceability, workflow management)
- Produce clear technical documentation, test plans, and analysis reports
**Required Skills**
- Advanced C++ (C++20+), Linux, CMake, Git
- Embedded real‑time programming (RTOS, deterministic scheduling)
- Sensor fusion, computer vision, deep learning inference (TensorRT, ONNX Runtime)
- GPU programming (CUDA) and multithreading
- Python for prototyping
- MBSE/SysML, requirements engineering, documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication; structured reporting
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Certifications in C++ (e.g., C++ Institute), SysML/MBSE (optional but advantageous)
