Job Description: **Job title**: Network & Security Engineer – Level 3 (N3) – F/M **Role Summary**: Provide expert supervision, diagnostic and continuous improvement of production network and security infrastructure. Ensure stability, performance and high‑level security while collaborating closely with technical teams and following ISO27001 standards. **Expectations**: - Maintain operational continuity and security posture in a high‑availability environment. - Deliver sustainable solutions for incidents and technical requests. - Contribute to architecture evolution and process rigor. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Diagnose and resolve network and security incidents to ensure uninterrupted services. 2. Respond to technical requests with robust, long‑term solutions. 3. Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance; identify and propose improvements. 4. Validate and support technical changes, ensuring system stability. 5. Document actions and enrich the internal knowledge base. 6. Participate in architecture design and evolution with engineering teams. 7. Apply established standards and procedures to maintain quality and security. 8. Coordinate with ITSM tools and monitoring platforms. **Required Skills**: - Proven experience as a network and security engineer in a production environment. - Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, proxy, secure Wi‑Fi. - Expertise in switching, routing, VLAN, MPLS, IPsec. - Familiarity with ITSM and network monitoring tools. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. - Excellent technical English (written & spoken). - Analytical mindset, curiosity, methodical problem‑solving, and proactive solution design. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology or related field. - Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Security+, CISSP or equivalent. - ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor preferred for experience in certified environments. ---
