Role Summary
Lead end‑to‑end marketing operations for marketplace sellers on sponsored product and brand campaigns. Serve as the primary bilingual (Mandarin & English) contact, building strategic partnerships, guiding sellers through onboarding, and optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize revenue and visibility.

- Act as the main marketing liaison for sellers, fostering long‑term relationships.
- Onboard, support, and educate sellers to run effective sponsored campaigns.
- Own campaign optimization, pacing, and performance reporting.
- Deliver measurable KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, revenue, SOV).
- Adapt to flexible hours, including support for Asian time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture strategic relationships with marketplace sellers.
- Onboard sellers into Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands programs.
- Design, execute, and optimize paid search and performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads, and Criteo.
- Conduct performance analysis of CPC, CTR, ROAS, revenue, SOV, and visibility to drive insights.
- Build high‑performance advertising plans aligned with business and branded objectives.
- Educate and present campaign strategies to sellers through reviews and one‑on‑one sessions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow marketplace advertising revenue.
- Oversee campaign pacing, budgeting, and budget allocation for consistent performance.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or retail media.
- Strong background in paid search, SEM, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency with ad‑operations platforms: Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Criteo.
- Analytical aptitude: interpreting CPC, CTR, ROAS, revenue, SOV, and visibility metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, supporting sellers in overseas time zones.
