Job Description: Job Title: Senior SAP F/H Consultant Role Summary: Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects for finance, controlling, production, sales, procurement, and supply chain modules (FI, CO, PP, MRO, SD, MM, WM, QM, PM) on ECC and/or S/4HANA platforms. Drive project phases from scoping and business analysis through design, configuration, testing, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support. Expactations: • Deliver functional specifications and design documents that meet business requirements. • Ensure on‑time, on‑budget project milestones and high‑quality deliverables. • Communicate effectively in professional English with stakeholders at all levels. • Maintain strong knowledge of SAP best practices and industry trends. • Demonstrate a collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset and contribute to team cohesion. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct requirement workshops and gather business needs. • Design functional solutions and author functional specifications. • Configure SAP modules, perform unit and integration testing. • Lead user acceptance testing and support production cutover. • Resolve post‑go‑live incidents and provide ongoing support. • Mentor junior consultants and share technical expertise. • Coordinate with technical teams on integration and data migration. • Produce project documentation and training materials. Required Skills: • Minimum 8 years of SAP functional consulting experience. • Deep knowledge of FI, CO, PP, MRO, SD, MM, WM, QM, PM modules. • Hands‑on experience with ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation. • Proficiency in business analysis, functional design, and configuration. • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Professional English fluency. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. • SAP Certified Application Associate or equivalent functional certification in relevant modules preferred.
