Job Description
**Job title** Consultant Adoption Data & Digital **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end data‑driven digital transformation projects. Design, automate and optimise business processes, build PowerPlatform solutions, develop PowerBI dashboards, and foster data communities. Act as change‑management catalyst using ADKAR and agile methodologies while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable ROI through automation and digitalization. - Champion data adoption and continuous improvement. - Maintain high client satisfaction and project governance. - Mentor and train colleagues on low‑code tools and best practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Define client requirements and scope; conduct workshops and status meetings. - Automate low‑value‑add business processes using PowerAutomate, mapping and ROI analysis. - Build and deploy business applications with PowerApps (Canvas & Model‑Driven). - Design, prototype and present UI/UX concepts (Figma, PowerPoint). - Create and maintain dashboards in PowerBI, ensuring data quality and stakeholder relevance. - Establish and animate data communities on SharePoint Online. - Apply and promote ADKAR change‑management framework. - Lead agile project execution (Scrum/Kanban), manage schedules, resources and budgets. - Draft and present tailored proposals and pitch solutions to clients. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms (Microsoft PowerPlatform, Google AppSheet). - Minimum 1 year experience with collaborative tools (Google Workspace, SharePoint Online). - Proficient in Microsoft PowerPlatform ecosystem, SharePoint, M365. - Minimum 1 year experience designing PowerBI reports/dashboards. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and creative thinking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive presentation skills. - Proactive, continuous improvement mindset; teamwork and teaching orientation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s +5 (equivalent) from a reputable engineering or business school. - Relevant certifications in Microsoft PowerPlatform or PowerBI highly desirable.
