Job Description

**Job Title** Solution Tester I **Role Summary** Perform end‑to‑end testing of healthcare IT and EHR solutions in a remote setting. Collaborate with clients and development teams to ensure functional, compliant, and accurate implementation across EHR modules. **Expectations** - Work independently in a remote environment. - Deliver detailed test documentation and defect reports. - Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute comprehensive functional, integration, and regression tests for EHR systems. - Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with clinical workflows. - Validate data accuracy in patient records, billing, scheduling, lab results, and clinical documentation. - Perform interoperability testing against data exchange standards. - Participate in client meetings to gather feedback and discuss implementation progress. - Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects. - Ensure EHR configurations comply with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards. - Mentor junior team members as needed. **Required Skills** - 2+ years of software testing/QA experience, preferably with EHR or healthcare systems. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills. - Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools. - Knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and agile practices. - Basic programming and database knowledge for testing data and configurations. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Certification in Oracle Cerner (preferred, equivalent to 3 years experience). - Any EHR‑specific or healthcare IT certifications (e.g., Cerner, Epic, Oracle) are an advantage.
