Job Description
**Job Title**: ERP System Administrator **Role Summary**: Manage, configure, and optimize the Visibility ERP system to support manufacturing and supply chain operations. Ensure system stability, data integrity, and user proficiency while collaborating with business units and vendors to implement updates and process improvements. **Expectations**: - Maintain high system uptime and performance. - Ensure accurate data across all modules. - Provide timely training and support to end‑users. - Drive continuous process improvements and ERP adoption. **Key Responsibilities**: - Administer system configurations, user roles, security settings, and workflows. - Monitor ERP performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate permanent solutions. - Conduct audits, generate reports, and develop dashboards for real‑time insights and financial reporting. - Manage endpoint lifecycle tasks, including software rollouts, upgrades, and security initiatives (e.g., Intune deployment, user provisioning). - Collaborate with ERP vendor for updates, patches, and upgrades. - Assist with IT support tickets and participate in cross‑functional IT projects. - Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and user manuals. **Required Skills**: - 3+ years administering ERP systems (Visibility ERP or equivalent). - Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or production processes. - Proficiency in data extraction, query writing, and dashboard/report development. - Experience in ERP security, user management, and configuration. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Ability to train and support end‑users. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. - ERP system administration or vendor‑specific certification (e.g., Visibility ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365) preferred.
