**Job Title**
Pre‑Sales Project Manager – Cybersecurity
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate cybersecurity audit, penetration testing, and incident‑response projects while bridging technical teams, sales, and clients. Own pre‑sales activities, develop tailored proposals, and ensure project deliverables meet contractual, quality, and client satisfaction standards.
**Expectations**
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality.
- Translate complex security needs into clear, actionable proposals and client deliverables.
- Foster long‑term client relationships through regular reviews and KPI tracking.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Plan, scope, and manage security audit projects (configuration, application & infrastructure pentests, red‑team, architecture reviews, internal audits).
2. Serve as the client interface, maintaining communication, managing expectations, and ensuring contractual commitments (deadlines, scope, quality).
3. Coordinate technical resources and schedule consultant interventions.
4. Participate in pre‑sales: analyze client needs, craft technical‑commercial proposals, deliver presentations to prospects.
5. Develop and refine service offerings based on market and technical insights.
6. Monitor client satisfaction, schedule periodic meetings, and track KPIs and SLAs.
7. Oversee production and quality of deliverables (audit reports, recommendations, presentations).
8. Capture lessons learned, drive process improvements, and document best practices.
**Required Skills**
- Project management in cybersecurity (audit, pentest, incident response).
- Strong technical knowledge of information‑system security, with hands‑on experience preferred.
- Proficiency in security audit processes, governance frameworks, and pre‑sales methodology.
- Excellent communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Client‑service orientation, teamwork, knowledge sharing.
- Self‑driven, organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear client‑facing documentation.
- Fluency in French and English.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in cybersecurity (audit, pentest, incident response).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, PMP) are a plus but not mandatory.
