Job Description: Job title: Salesforce Technical Architect Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce implementation and architecture for large, strategic opportunities. Translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions, guide development teams, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the design, delivery, testing, and deployment lifecycle. Expectations: * Own solution design and architecture for enterprise Salesforce projects. * Drive pre‑sales, workshops, and customer engagements to deliver value. * Stay current with Salesforce innovations and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: * Lead functional and technical workshops to elicit and translate business needs. * Design, validate, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Core clouds. * Integrate business processes across disparate systems, including data migration, data modeling, and process automation. * Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge sharing within implementation teams. * Negotiate complex solutions, manage customer expectations, and ensure successful digital transformation outcomes. * Contribute to internal best‑practice development, pre‑sales service offerings, and industry expertise. Required Skills: * 6+ years CRM experience on Salesforce or comparable platforms. * Expert knowledge of Salesforce Core clouds and AppExchange ecosystem. * Proven workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills. * Strong data management, integration, DevOps, and process automation capabilities. * Analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and rapid technology learning ability. * Fluent in English; Dutch language skills preferred. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Administrator, or Architect credentials) or intent to obtain relevant certifications upon hire.
